Information we collect
We only collect information from clients who wish to book tours with us and the only information we collect is the information provided to us from enquiries from prospective clients and the information supplied to us on the confirmation of a booking. We may with the clients permission take photographs of clients to give to them as a souvenir and to post on social media. Emails may be retained only to be used as a follow up to a completed tour as and when necessary. All other information we collect is deleted if a tour is not confirmed or on the completion of a tour (other than information required for legal or accounting purposes).
How we use information
To engage with the client in connection with their enquiry and for the lawful processing of confirmed tours. Our lawful basis for processing is to facilitate the provision of one or more tours as agreed with the client.
