All tours are subject to availability. Tours may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a 100% refund (except for admissions) or for a no charge. Any tour cancelled between 48-24 hours before will be subject to a 50% charge and any tour cancelled in less than 24 hours is 100% non-refundable. Tours cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-transferrable as well as non-refundable. Admissions are 100% non-refundable at all times. In the unlikely event of any unavoidable circumstances, such as unforeseen security operations, Acts of God resulting in a cancellation of the tour, or any non-fulfilment of the tour exactly as agreed in the final itinerary, the Company will apply a 100% refund to the customer of any monies paid and make every assistance possible to rebook guests with an alternative provider. All major credit cards are accepted for payment. All Guests partake in all tours and activities of their own volition and at their own risk. Our liability is limited to compensation pertaining to negligence of our own employees and not for any transportation, guiding or attraction experiences that are contracted to any external, independent contractor working in partnership with Yellow Moon Tours Ltd. All disputes and compensation claims will be carried out in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and under court jurisdiction in England.
